Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. EverMoment does not store your credit card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Generate and deliver your previews and final artwork
- Process payments
- Provide customer support
- Improve the reliability and security of our service
AI Processing
Your uploaded images are processed only to create the artwork you request.
EverMoment does not use your uploaded images to train its own AI models.
Our third-party AI providers process uploaded images only as necessary to generate the artwork you request.
Image Retention
Images and related order files are retained only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the service
- Fulfill your order
- Provide customer support
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Files may be automatically deleted after the retention period or earlier upon customer request.
You may request deletion of your uploaded images after your order has been completed.
Please download and safely store your purchased artwork after delivery.
Third-Party Services
EverMoment works with trusted service providers, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Workspace — customer communication
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- AI image generation providers — artwork creation
These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are not authorized to use your information for unrelated purposes.
